QB Issue Resolution:
I am assuming in QuickBooks the deposit is showing $315.18. I am also assuming that Undeposited Funds group the payments into 1 lump sum.
Locate the deposit in QuickBooks and delete the deposit. Bring up the deposit then click on Edit attop of screen and select Delete Deposit. Once deleted, all the payments will go back into the Undeposited Funds Accounts.
Do you have a $30 payment by itself? If so, then deposit it by itself. Then deposit the other payments so it equals $285.18.. If you don’t have a $30 payment by itself, then I would delete someone’s payments and show 2 separate deposit for the same day even though they paid in a single check. Does that make sense, vinnysauto?
