QB Issue Resolution:

Using a different browser is a good start to isolate issues like this. Sometimes, the stored data can cause some odd behavior and simply needs to be cleared from the browser.

 

To access private browser please check out these different keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
