You can see much of that information by clicking View to the right of the invoice in the Audit Log and then clicking Show All at the top of the next page that populates.

You may also wish to submit feedback requesting that other information be shown in the audit log. You can do that by clicking on the Gear at the top of a main page and selecting Feedback.
