In order to show these accounts separately on your reports, you can create a new account. But before doing so, please consult your accountant regarding the account type. This is to make sure that your reports are accurate.

Here’s how:

  1. Choose Lists > Chart of Accounts.
  2. To add an account, click + at the bottom of the Chart of Account.
  3. Create a new account, and choose the account type.
  4. Click OK.
