QB Issue Resolution:

Is there a way for MY CUSTOMERS to just check a box when they’re paying their recurring invoice to “AUTO BILL” on that card from now on?  Similar to how every other booking software on the planet does it?


It’s a good idea but they don’t have that.

I believe once they have paid one invoice by entering their c/card details, then you can create recurring Sales Receipts, as the details are kept on file. You can email them the authorization for them to sign and return, and write “on file” for the c/card details.  Not the same, but that’s all you can do if you don’t want them to give the c/card details by email
