QB Issue Resolution:

When you migrate a data from another platform, the system will create an account to the QuickBooks Online.

This means you don’t have to create an account first before migrating the data.

My best recommendation is to contact our email support for further actions since data was successfully migrated to online.

What they can do is to transfer the benefits on the active account to the trial.

There are other processes as well that needs to be taken care of when it comes to the duplicate accounts to avoid unwanted charges.
