QB Issue Resolution:

PMC should be sending you a statement with the check, it should show gross rent collected less each expense and their fee and the final check amount

If they are not doing that, you need to get with them and insure you do get it.

Then you use a sales receipt, list your rent item and enter the gross amount, follow that with discount items you have set up for their commission, and the types of expenses, each of those discount items have the appropriate expense account selected on them. then deposit the net amount
