That’s a wonderful question! Here are the steps as to how! First we will go to Employees on the left hand side and choose one employee name. In the employees information screen we’ll click on the Pencil next to Pay. Next to number 4 “What is _____’s vacation policy?” we’ll click on the Pencil. Here is where we’ll change the 4% to the 6%! Once we’ve made the change if we are going to do this for multiple employees we’ll make sure the check is next to “Use this vacation policy for employees you add after _____” and we’ll click OK at the bottom right. This will bring up a pop-up window asking if you would like this to apply to all of your employees or just one. If you would like it to apply to all employees we’ll choose the option “All employees listed above (this Vacation pay policy will be updated)” and click OK!
