  1. Go to Sales and select the Customers tab.
  2. Select the customers of the same type.
  3. Click Batch actions and choose Select Customer type.

You can do more things with customer types. You can pull up reports like the following:

  • Sales by Customer Type Detail report
  • Sales by Customer Detail report grouped by customer type
  • Customer Contact List report customized to add a customer type column

They can be found in the Sales and customers section on the Reports page.
