QB Issue Resolution:
If you’re in a free trial, there’s no need to cancel. This will automatically canceled at the end of the trial and you won’t be billed.
Here’s how to cancel a paid subscription:
- From your QuickBooks Self-Employed homepage, go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Tap on Billing Info and click on Cancel now and provide a reason for canceling the account on the page that appears.
- Select Cancel subscription, and then Cancel subscription one more time.
The option to Unsubscribe will only be visible after 24 hours at the time you subscribe to the account.
