QB Issue Resolution:
You’re able to cancel your trial in the Your Account section.
1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on the “gear” icon in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click on Your Account.
4. Under billing info – you should see “Cancel Trial”.
If you don’t see that – click on the button that says “Edit Billing Info” – and you should see it then.
