QB Issue Resolution:
Hi Stephanie!
If you have multi currency turned on then that fixes your home currency and you cannot change it. If you have not turned it on you can change it by going to the gear icon, then Company Settings. Click on Regional Settings to update the currency.
If you cannot change it you may just consider canceling your subscription then starting over. You can cancel by going to the gear icon then Your Account. Click Edit Billing Info then the Cancel Trial or Cancel Subscription link. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete it.
Once done you can resignup and use the same login ID if you choose.
