QB Issue Resolution:
If the reconcile window is small, try adjusting the Display settings.
(Windows 2000) Go to the Start button, select Settings and then Control Panel.
(Windows XP/Vista) Go to Start, and then select Control Panel.
(Windows 2000/XP) Double-click the Display icon.
(Windows Vista) Click Personalise and then on the left panel select Adjust font size (DPI).
Click the Settings tab.
Click the Advanced button.
On the General Tab, change your DPI to Normal 96 DPI.
Click OK, and then OK again.
