  1. Open your QBO company first.
  2. Click Reports located on the left panel and enter Customer Balance Detail in the search field.

  3. To refine the report, choose the Customize button and click on the Filter drop-down.

  4. Mark the box for A/R paid, then select All.

  5. Click on Run Report.

Then, group the customer by clicking on the Sort drop-down. In the Sort by window, choose Customer.
