QB Issue Resolution:

Yes, let’s remove those ancient Unbilled Charges, just click on:

1. Reports, All Reports, Review Sales, and click on Unbilled Charges or Unbilled Time.
2. Next just click on the Charge, and click on Delete (bottom middle of your screen).

If you have too many charges to do this on, another option is to create an Invoice to use all those Unbilled Charges, but change the amount of the charges to $0, so the total Invoice is $0. That’s really important to make sure the amount is $0 on the Invoice. You would do this for each Customer to use all the Unbilled charges, but not affect your Profit and Loss.

That should stop those charges from haunting you when you try to delete a Customer.

I would really appreciate it if you let me know if that helps, and thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online!
