QB Issue Resolution:
We should be able to split the transaction by amount or by percentage. If you don’t see the option to split the transaction by amount, then it could be that you’ve set up a rule to automatically split the transactions by percentage. We’ll need to delete the rule so that you can split the transaction by amount.
Here’s how to delete the rule:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Rules.
- Click the down arrow in the Action column, and select Delete.
