QB Issue Resolution:

when you pay a cc from your bank account, you use the cc account on the check or eft that pays it. ie

pay to = capital one, amount = $110, account = CapOne5562

assuming the CapOne CC ends in 5562 and the account is named that way in the chart of accounts

the expense was booked when you entered the charges, that created a debt to CapOne, now all you are doing is paying CapOne
