QB Issue Resolution:

Emailing from QB is a convenience but QB is not an email “client” program. It does not have an inbox, Outbox, etc. Think of it as the mailman service, not the secretary or admin assistant.

There are only a few web mail services and Outlook that allow QB to “send through me and keep a record in the Sent” folder. This might not work for you. We don’t know which email smtp service you are using, or if you are using Outlook, for example.

Here is what I recommend:

Go to Edit menu > Preferences, and Send Forms, Company Preferences. Find Invoices. Put your own email address in the BCC field. When yous end to anyone, you also get a copy.

I send 25 invoices, and when I see I also got 25, I know all of them were processed.
