QB Issue Resolution:
To see whether a specific sales transaction was emailed, you can edit/reopen the transaction. If the transaction was emailed, you’ll see the date and time the email was delivered at the top of the form.
You can also customize the Transaction List by Customer report to see a list of sales transactions that have been emailed:
Note: This solution isn’t available for Basic and Simple Start subscriptions.
- Click Reports on the left navigation panel.
- Search for the Transaction List by Customer report, click to run.
- Click the Customize button.
- Click the Change Columns button.
- Under Available Columns select Delivery Address and click Add.
- Click OK.
- On the left-hand menu, click Status.
- In the Sent field, select Sent.
- Click Run Report.
This will create a list of transactions that were emailed and show where they were sent to under the Delivery Address column.
You can check the last email delivery of an invoice from the Sales Transactions area as well from the Status column. That can be located under Transactions > Sales.
