QB Issue Resolution:

You can definitely look up a Purchase Order by the Product/Service on it!

Here’s how:

1. Select the Magnifying Glass along the top center of your Home page

2. Choose Advanced Search from the search drop down

3. Change All Transactions to Purchase Orders

4. Change Vendor to Product or Service

5. Enter the Product you want to search by

6. Select Search

That’s all you have to do! If you want to add any other search parameters to your search just change the selections and choose Add Filter.
