QB Issue Resolution:
Hello,
Assuming you have Basic or Enhanced Payroll within QB Pro, did you ever print any Payroll Reports for your records?
If you do have the above Payroll subscription, start entering payroll with the oldest paychecks first. Don’t enter newest paychecks then go backwards.
When you click Employee > Pay Employee > Unschedule Payroll Run payroll as you normally would and hope the Net Pay matches the actual paychecks that were cashed. (look at bank statement) Select the proper Ending Pay Period and Check Date. Run the payroll for this period only. Repeat for other pay period.
Make backup copies every night.
