QB Issue Resolution:
If you don’t want to accept downloaded transactions from your bank, you definitely don’t have to. If those transactions haven’t yet been added to your books, it’s an absolute snap to just exclude them and leave them out entirely. Here’s what you’ll want to do.
- Click Transactions on the left side of your screen.
- Choose Banking from the little menu that appears.
- Check off the various transactions we’d like to leave out of the books.
- Click Batch actions at the top of the page.
- Select Exclude Selected from the little dropdown menu.
This will then leave the transactions out of the books altogether, and you won’t run into them again. Cool, right? Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you find in QuickBooks Online!
