QB Issue Resolution:
I’ll guide you through reopening your bank reconciliation.
Just to verify, are you referring on undoing an entire reconciliation? If so, there isn’t an option to perform it in the program. However, you’ll need to manually edit each transaction on the register. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
- Select Chart of Accounts under Your Company.
- Find the appropriate account for the transaction.
- Choose View Register from the Action column.
- Open the transaction to edit it.
- In the Reconcile (check mark) status column, repeatedly select the top line of the transaction to change its status.
- Click Save.
