QB Issue Resolution:
It’s definitely convenient for your employees to use the ViewMyPaycheck option. Basically, you just need to add their email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and then send them an email with the details to create a user name and password to log in with.
Go to Employees (left navigation bar) > [Employee Name] > Profile > Edit (pencil icon)
Add Employees email address and click Learn about ViewMyPaycheck
