QB Issue Resolution:
That isn’t a Bill; that is your CC account statement.
You use Banking menu > Enter Credit Card Charges.
You get a statement and you Reconcile that account. Do Not enter a bill to pay later; that is hiding the CC liability in AP, a different liability. The Bill should show as if paid the CC account, even if you never Pay the bill or only partially pay the bill, because that is AP, now.
If you make a CC account payment, that is a Check, listing your CC account as the Expenses tab.
So, delete the bill. Or, if you have a partially paid bill, update it to the amount already paid, so that is shows Paid in Full. Then stop using BIlls (AP) for this.
