QB Issue Resolution:

There are two types of memo fields on checks. One is on the check itself. I assume that one is printing ok for you?

On the stub you get the breakdown of the items that went into the check total (in QuickBooks parlance these are sometimes called “splits”). Each line item can have a memo field. I’m guessing it is these that you are not seeing?

I believe the check stub itself only prints if the check style is set to Voucher. You probably need to set your check style to be voucher. This is done in the print dialog. When you choose print a sheet comes up showing your printer at the top. Make sure details are visible – you may have to click the Show Details button (standard Apple print behavior).

Once details are showing make sure QuickBooks is selected from the pop up menu. Under check style choose Voucher. See the attached image.
