QB Issue Resolution:
You may have done this already, but it never hurts for me to give ‘er a go with a suggestion.
Have you changed the account that the sales item is linked to? When you change it, you can “update historical transactions”. Sometimes when change accounts I forget to update the historicals
Here’s my hack.
- Go back change it again>Do not update historical>Save
- Go back change it to account you really want>Update historical>Save
Hope this helps. Patience with me if I am suggesting what you have already done.
Have a lovely day, Kellie
