QB Issue Resolution:
I’m happy to assist in any way I can. When the transactions get added and downloaded, they move to the review tab. To get to this tab, follow these few simple steps listed below.
- Go to the banking menu.
- Select the blue tile for the account you want to review.
- Choose the reviewed tab.
- Pick the link in the Added or Matched column to review all transactions.
From this point, you can view the receipt in the review tab. There’s not an option to move this receipt to another set of books. However, at this point, you can save the image to your computer and upload it manually. A few clicks and save the image to your computer and your on the way to success:
1. Right-click on the image.
2. Select and click “Save image as…
3. Choose a destination folder for your saved file.
4. Hit the Save button.
Once the image saves, you will be able to upload this in the new books.
If you have any further questions or concerns, I’m just a post away. 🙂
