I want to make sure we get your recurring templates issue resolved.

 

If you no longer have clients using the recurring template, you can delete it so it doesn’t create any unwanted transactions in QuickBooks. Here’s how to do that:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, choose Recurring Transactions.
  3. Highlight the template you would like to use.
  4. In the Action drop-down arrow, choose Delete (see screenshot).
  5. Click Yes.
