The list of all your previous general journal entries is only available in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant and Enterprise. Let’s show the list without running a report.

It’s possible that the list was hidden. Here’s how to display it back:

  1. Go to Company, then select Make General Journal Entries.
  2. In the Make General Journal Entries window, click the Show list button (see screenshot below).

If you have QuickBooks Desktop Pro, the only option to show the list is to go directly to the Reports tab (see screenshot below).
