QB Issue Resolution:

First you need to determine from the plan if a non-W2 employee or company owner can contribute to the same plan. If the answer is yes then when you write a check for the member draw you post it to full draw amount and deduct (on the check) the contribution, posted to the same account you are posting the employee contributions.

And to clarify, a “member” of an LLC not getting a W2 has nothing to do with the company reporting on Schedule C. INtuit/QuickBooks reports earnings on Schedule C.
