QB Issue Resolution:
You’re already using the new interface where the User View is set to Business View. That’s why the journal entry (JE) option isn’t showing up in the system.
Let’s modify your company settings to enable the create JE in your QuickBooks Online account. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the right top, then select Account and Settings.
- Select Advance, the click the edit (pencil) icon from the User view section.
- Select Accountant view from the drop-down.
- Click Save, then Done.
- Go back to the + New button, you’ll see Journal Entry under Other.
