QB Issue Resolution:

Let me help you in creating an account in the Chart of Accounts.

In the Singapore version of QuickBooks, the Cash and Cash Equivalent is the same with Bank. They are under the same category but different in name and terminology. They are all under Current Assets in the Balance Sheet.

Based on the screenshot you’ve provided, you can select the right Detail Type that best fits the account.

Once done, you can pull up your Balance Sheet to view the account.
