QB Issue Resolution:
The message you are seeing means the system has auto applied a credit note to an open invoice for the customer you are working with. You will seee this memo when you receive payment.
But no worries, you can turn Off the option to automatically apply credits to invoices.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Click the Gear symbol on the upper right side.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Within the Automation section click the pencil to the right side.
- Deselect the option to Automatically apply credits.
Editing this setting will disable the message seen.
