QB Issue Resolution:

QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not have a report or area in Customer Center to show a count of the total customers on a list. To work around this limitation, you can export your Customer Contact List to Excel:

Choose Reports > All Reports.
Click on Review Sales.
Click run under the Customer Contact List.
In the upper left-hand corner of report, click the Customize button to filter which customers you are counting and then click Run Report.
Click the Excel button.

Once in Excel, you can use the row numbers on the side or the totaling functions within the program to figure out the customer count. For more detailed steps, you will need to refer to the Help within Excel.
