QB Issue Resolution:
I can totally see your frustration. Fortunately, there’s a pretty easy fix, provided you’re in your first 60 days (which you definitely are).
As you’re within your first 60 days, all you have to do is reset it. To do this, log in as the Master Administrator, then, in the address bar, enter https://qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
This will allow you to reset everything, and start fresh, with a new COA.
