QB Issue Resolution:
Allow me to step in for a moment and provide clarification about the action buttons showing on the Reconciliation page.
Based on the first screenshot, the Resume reconciling button will show up if you’re unable to finish the reconciliation process. While the Start reconciling button indicates the account is not yet reconciled.
If you want to reconcile the Escrow-9434, please click on the Resume reconciling button. Let me walk you through the steps.
- Go to Accounting on the left panel, then choose Reconcile.
- Select the account you’re working on.
- Click on the Resume reconciling button.
- Review the transactions.
- If the data listed on screen matches the ones on your statement, select the checkbox next to the amount for that transaction.
- Choose Finish now/Save for later.
