QB Issue Resolution:
I process as though I were paying by check to bring up the payment screen and where it shows the check number, I just enter e-pay for the check number and make the date as the same day I did the EFTPS payment. We use the quickbooks enhanced payroll to run our payroll and so I open payroll, then highlight the tax I paid and click on pay liabilities. When the screen pops up, enter the e-pay and correct date of payment, then close and save. That should then remove the tax from the list of taxes due.
