QB Issue Resolution:

That means that the account you used for that Vendor was not mapped as “Box 7” in your 1099 Wizard.

Open one of the bills for that Vendor and see what account you used when billing the Vendor. If that account is to be a “Box 7” simply go into the 1099 Wizard and mark that account as a “Box 7”.

Or, as in the case of a couple of my Vendor’s. Part of the bill is a “Box 7” and part is not. So, there is a portion of the Vendor’s payments as mapped and a portion as un-mapped.
