QB Issue Resolution:

You can open your desktop account and re-export your company data to the online version.

  1. Go to Company.
  2. Select Export Company File to QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Start your export.
  4. Sign in as an admin to your QuickBooks Online company.
  5. Under Choose online company▼, choose the QuickBooks Online company you want to be replaced.
  6. Enter Agree in the text field.
  7. Select Replace.
  8. Click Yes, go ahead and replace the data.
