QB Issue Resolution:
Let’s try clearing the app’s cache with the reset app data:
- Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
- Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
If you can’t still create statements, let’s uninstall and reinstall the app. Just follow the steps in How do I install the app? and How do I uninstall the app? section of this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/download-products/quickbooks-app-for-windows-and-m….
