You canĀ log in using a browser and check if your QuickBooks Online is working. If it does, you can go back to your mobile app and clear its data. Here’s how:

  1. Clicking the Menu icon and then Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.

After, close then open the app. Then, categorize your expenses again.
