QB Issue Resolution:

Let’s try accessing your QuickBooks Online for Accountant account using a private window. In Chrome, click on the Customize and control icon and select New incognito window. It’s probably a browser-related issue where you can’t open a file from QuickBooks Online.

Then, follow the steps to view the CPE certificates:

  1. From the left menu select ProAdvisor.
  2. Select the Training tab.
  3. If you’re looking for a current certification, badge or exam, select Certified, and choose Download Badge or Download Certificate.
  4. If you’re looking for a previous certification, select Training & certification history.
