QB Issue Resolution:

I can’t get to the sign in page.

If you are not able to get to the sign-in screen please check the following:

Try to open https://qbo.intuit.com
Try to get to the sign-in screen by clicking Sign In at the top of this page: https://quickbooksonline.intuit.com

If none of the above works check your SSL (Secured Socket Layer) settings.

Steps for Internet Explorer users
Steps for Firefox users

Go to the Tools menu on Internet Explorer.
Click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced Tab and scroll down to the Security section.
Check to see if you have both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 checked. Both need to be turned on.
Click OK.
Close Internet Explorer then reopen and sign in to QBO.

If you still cannot get to the sign-in screen, try clearing your cache (temporary internet files). See knowledgebase article 1038 if you need help doing this.

If you are still not able to get to the sign-in screen, power cycle your computer and modem/router.

Power down in this order:
Computer
Modem (DSL or Cable Modem) and unplug.
Wireless Router/Server (if separate from modem) and unplug.
Wait 15-30 seconds then plug the modem then wireless router back in.
Power them back up in this order:
Modem
Wireless Router/Server
Computer

If you are still experiencing problems, please check your privacy settings. Set them no higher than medium, and allow access to https://qbo.intuit.com. If you are using AOL, go to Settings/Prefs/Privacy. Set them no higher than medium, and allow the sign in page. Also, make sure you have cookies enabled.

Close all open browsers, reopen and try to go to https://qbo.intuit.com

Also, please check your security settings:

Go to Tools and click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
In the security section, make sure that Do Not Save encrypted pages to disk is not checked.
Click OK.
Go to File, and then click Close.
