QB Issue Resolution:
We can try clearing your app’s cache. You remove the temporary files when you clear the app’s cached data and it resets an app to its default state.
Let me show you how:
- Open your QuickBooks Online Windows app.
- Click File.
- Choose Clear Cache.
- Close the app.
- Reboot your computer.
- Then, reopen the app.
