QB Issue Resolution:

Thanks for posting in the Community!

If you’re unable to de-select the service date option in your Company Settings, can I have you try it in your sales form customizations?

Here’s how:

1. Gear > Custom Form Styles (under the Settings heading)

2. Locate the Standard style and select Edit at the far right end

3. Select Next

4. Go to the Activity Table tab

5. Under the Columns section, de-select Date

6. Select Save

This will allow you to take the service date off of your invoices 😀
