QB Issue Resolution:

You can check with your bank to see if they can give you a CSV file of your banking transactions. Then, import them to QuickBooks Online. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select Banking.
  2. Select the bank or credit card account.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow beside Update and select File upload.
  4. Click Browse, then look for the file and click on it.
  5. Click Open.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload the file.
