QB Issue Resolution:

The QB Self-Employed app logs you out automatically if you log in to another device.

It’s unusual that it tracked the mileage simultaneously. You can delete the duplicate mileage report, though. What you can do to avoid this in the future is to make sure you only log in to one device if you track your mileage.

Here’s how you can delete the duplicate mileage report:

  1. Click Miles on the left pane.
  2. Find the trip in the table, then check the box on the left side of the row.
  3. Hit Delete.
