QB Issue Resolution:
Let’s check out where the amount in the CHANGES column came from, DH.
When you change the amount of any of your reconciled transactions, it’ll show up in the CHANGES column of the reconciliation report. You can see which transaction was changed by clicking on the amount or on View Report (see screenshots 1 and 2).
If the change was made by mistake, simply click on the transaction and update the amount. However, if it was intentionally done to correct the amount, you can ignore it. Then, make sure you enter the correct Ending Balance of the period covered on your next reconciliation. That way, you won’t have any reconciliation discrepancies.
