QB Issue Resolution:

Make sure they are in the same Homegroup, and Workgroup. That their network setting is set to Private.

In POS under File, make sure the Multi-User is active.

In some cases I have seen an oddity where, the client cannot see the company data folder, but if you rename the folder ( add a 1 on the end). It sees it fine…
